The #PeopleOfTechnoelectric campaign is created to consolidate the company’s presence on the Romanian market in a creative way, which will highlight the people who are part of the team by highlighting their achievements and professional career, with personal accents.
Through the videos and a whole series of images specially created for this campaign, the members of the various teams will talk, in an informal setting, about what it means for them to work in Technoelectric, how the company innovates the industry. The team will also speak about the participatory organizational culture, focused on effective communication between departments and the implementation of ideas in complex projects at the national or international level.
People from the sales, design, or workshop departments where the electrical panels are made talk about what the job interview was like, about what it means to be a female Automation Engineer, about unique experiences lived within the company, or about what a day in the life of a lady who coordinates the activity in the workshop and the team of over 18 men looks like.
Another goal of the campaign is to highlight women who are part of various departments of the company with positions from Automation Engineer to Procurement Manager, Economic Director, or Production Department Manager.
The general perception is that a refrigeration automation company has men-only teams. Through this campaign, we want to change this appreciation and show that a company in a very technical field needs the best specialists in the field, regardless of gender. Moreover, we are proud of the fact that one of the oldest members of the Technoelectric team is Ioana Popa, who started her career in 1997 and, nine years later, took over the management of our Financial – Accounting department, which she coordinates so far, mentions Valter Laurențiu Carp, General Manager Technoelectric.
The #PeopleOfTechnoelectric campaign also emphasizes the values of organizational culture such as honesty, transparency, dedication, commitment, morality, continuous innovation, challenging the status quo, and believing that people are the most important. The fact that the over 40 members of the Technoelectric team have identified with these values has led to the construction of a strong core of people who choose to stay in the company for many years and who build lasting relationships on a professional and personal level.
Ever since 1994, when Technoelectric was just a small assembly company, I wanted to know a sustainable development, in which people can communicate effectively, find the support they need for their professional development, and evolve together. 27 years later I think I managed to achieve this goal and I am glad that many colleagues have chosen to stay in the company for long periods. I believe that the people in a company are the most important and that the role of a manager is to protect them, regardless of the periods of economic or social instability that may occur, adds Valter Laurențiu Carp, General Manager Technoelectric.
Technoelectric is a company with Romanian capital founded in 1994 that produces electrical panels and integrates systems for automation in refrigeration installations. Since 2010 began the process of internationalization through complex automation projects implemented in the Middle East (Lebanon, Qatar, United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia), the former Soviet Union (Russia, Belarus, Ukraine), and Western European countries (Italy, France, The Netherlands, and the United Kingdom).
